Ovens & Holders
Crystal ovens for nonlinear crystals and thermocontrollers for crystal heating or precise temperature stablization. Nonlinear crystal oven section includes: CH3, CH4, CH7 and CH10 series ovens for nonlinear crystals, TC1 series temperature controller and TC2 series precision resistive heater kit for PPLN crystals. Ring holders and positioning mounts for crystal angular adjustment.
TC1 together with CO1 is a high temperature set (up to 200 °C). TC1 can control two CO1-30 ovens simultaneously or one CO2-50 oven.
CH3 is a compact oven with build-in thermocontroller for temperature up to 60 °C. It is ideal for larger aperture crystals like KD*P.
CH4 oven has identical mechanical design to CH3. The pre-set temperature can be adjusted in ±5°C range by the help of potentiometer.
CH7 is a compact oven with build-in thermocontroller for temperature up to 60 °C. CH7 oven provides more crystal mounting options in comparison with CH3 or CH4.
In combination with temperature controller, CH10 series ovens are designed specifically for tuning and conditioning the periodically poled bulk devices and other nonlinear crystals.
Ring mounts, made of black anodized aluminum and Teflon or white anodized aluminium adapter, are available for safe and convenient handling of nonlinear crystals.
Kinematic Positioning Mount 840-0056 is used for precise angular and linear alignment of 1'' ring holders with nonlinear crystals. Mount 840-0056 has a resting flange to stop the optics.
Kinematic Positioning Mount with a clear aperture of 23 mm is used for Ø25.4 mm (1 inch) optics. Dimensions of it are most compact among 1 inch optics mounts.
This kinematic mount is designed for ultrathin nonlinear crystal positioning. The mount accepts ring holders of Ø25.4 mm and thickness up to 10.5 mm.
